A Ratiometric Fluorescence Probe of Dopamine-Functionalized Carbon Nanodots for Hypochlorite Detection

چکیده
A dopamine-functionalized carbon nanodot (C-dots) ratiometric fluorescence probe for hypochlorite (ClO−) detection is reported. Fluorescent C-dots with maximal emission at 420 nm are synthesized via the hydrothermal synthesis of 3-hydroxyphenylboric acid 160 °C 8 h. After modified dopamine 5 min, obtained exhibit two emissions and 460 nm. intensity gets quenched addition ClO− fluorescent almost unaffected. Therefore can be used as highly sensitive ClO−. The ratio (I460nm/I420nm) has a linear relationship concentration from 2 μM to 60 limit (LOD) 0.6 μM. It shows high selectivity toward other anions (SO42−, Cl−, NO3−, S2−, CO32−), metal ions (Mg2+, Ba2+, Ag+, Fe3+, Ca2+, Na+, Cr6+, Cr3+, Hg+), or substances such H2O2, glutamate, cysteine, citric acid. When it utilized in tap water, average recoveries 95.7% 103.2% relative standard deviations (RSDs) lower than 5%.

DNA-encapsulated silver nanodots as ratiometric luminescent probes for hypochlorite detection
UNLABELLED DNA-encapsulated silver nanodots are noteworthy candidates for bio-imaging probes, thanks to their excellent photophysical properties. The spectral shift of silver nanodot emitters from red to blue shows excellent correlations with the concentration of reactive oxygen species, which makes it possible to develop new types of probes for reactive oxygen species (ROS), such as hypochloro...

In the present work, Compound 1 has been synthesized as a novel fluorescence ratiometric probe for CN. Upon treatment with CN, Probe 1 exhibited a fluorescence ratiometric response, with the emission wavelength shift from 570 nm to 608 nm. When 90 μM CN was introduced, the emission ratios (I570/I608) of the probe changed dramatically from 0.52156 to 4.21472. The detection limit was also measure...

A ratiometric fluorescent probe () for ClO(-) based on the conjugate of coumarin-rhodamine was presented, which could sense ClO(-) with fast response (within 5 s), high sensitivity and excellent selectivity. More importantly, is the first mitochondria-targeted ratiometric fluorescent probe to image exogenous and endogenous ClO(-).

A novel NAT2 specific probe has been developed for sensitive detection of the activity of NAT2. Upon NAT2 catalyzed acetylation of the molecule to N-acetyl-amonafide, the ratiometric response of fluorescence with significant changes in wavelength and intensity is observed. Its significant application potential has been successfully demonstrated in cellular systems.
